Delete before you add
A feature earns its place by removing a step somewhere else. If it only adds a screen, it does not ship.

Every number is entered once. Duplicated data is the source of almost every disagreement inside a small business.

The phone is the workstation
The product must be fully usable standing up, mid-shift, with one hand. Anything that needs a desk is a design failure.

The end is a document
A workflow is not finished until it produces something you can send, print or file — a PDF report, not a screen to screenshot.
