We don't sell hours — we build and run our own software products, and small businesses subscribe to them.
The problem
The admin around employees — who worked, who took an advance, what gets paid at the end of the month — is usually held together by notebooks, chat messages and memory. It costs hours every week and it breaks the moment someone forgets to write something down.
How we approach it
We pick one job, learn how it's really done, and rebuild it as a single flow. Nothing enters the product unless a small business owner would use it in their first week.

Every Xoolve product is designed for a phone first, because that's where small business actually happens.
The problem
Most business software assumes a desk, a laptop and a quiet hour. A site manager, a shop owner or a kitchen lead has none of those during a shift.
How we approach it
Screens are built for one hand and short moments: large targets, few fields, immediate feedback. Data syncs to the cloud so the phone is never the only copy.

Workflow simplification
We remove steps. That's the service. A process spread across four tools becomes one clear path.
The problem
Fragmentation is the real cost: the same number is written three times, in three places, and only one of them is right.
How we approach it
We map the existing process, delete every duplicate entry, and give each fact exactly one home. Then we make the end of the process — the report, the payslip, the total — automatic.
